Unless otherwise specified in your service contract, the cancellation and refund policy is as follows.
You can cancel your account at any time. Note, however, that your account will stay at its current license level through the end of the term for which you have paid. For example, if you paid for 1 month of service and you cancel your account after day 15, your account will be active until the end of the month.
